  In most cases, you’ll receive a marked up copy of the contract within 2 hours, however, it may take up to 5 hours. You may email us at status@doculus.io to get an estimate of the turnaround time.

• Is Sofos a replacement for legal counsels or attorneys?

  No, we’re not providing legal advice. Our contract review service is highlighting differences across key clauses and terms relative to your standard contract or industry best practices.

• How much does Sofos cost?

  During the private beta Sofos is completely FREE. Irrespective of the number of contracts you submit, or the length of the contract, the service is free. When we launch Sofos commercially, we’ll charge $10/page. For example, a 5 page SaaS contract will cost $50 for review. There are no one-time setup fees and no monthly / annual fees or commitments.

• How does Sofos work?

  We use a combination of Artificial Intelligence (Natural Language Processing) and human-in-the-loop (contract review experts) to deliver unprecedented accuracy and very fast turnaround time.
